The Southern University System invites applications and nominations for the position of chancellor at Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  The chancellor serves as the chief executive officer of the System's largest campus, a comprehensive institution offering baccalaureate, graduate, and professional degrees.  

This website is designed to serve as a resource for information and for communicating schedules for upcoming and other related activities that are to be held on the Southern University at Baton Rouge Campus as the search progresses. We seek comments that are representative of the System constituents’ views on institutional priorities and expectancies for chancellor leadership.  We hope this site provides interested parties with the information needed to remain up to date on the status of the search.
